# AngelNetwork.si — Agent Skill

## Purpose
AngelNetwork provides founder-controlled investor intelligence, country/state/stage/vertical filtering, sourced research, comparison, private investor shortlists, follow-up planning and approved app handoffs. It is **research software**; it is not a broker-dealer, placement agent, fundraising guarantee, investor endorsement or an investment offer.

## Human and agent workflows
1. Use published directory records to identify potential matches by industry vertical(s), company stage, location and recorded criteria. Listings, including imported listings, can be unverified or out of date. Do not claim an investor will invest, is accepting applications or is a verified member without independent evidence.
2. Request a private, user-authorized comparison or research brief. Confirm the exact startup profile and candidate investor before research; never spend a research credit, initiate payments or trigger model inference without the owner's affirmative consent.
3. Keep investor shortlists, decisions, campaign milestones, notes and follow-up actions in the customer's account. Do not automatically contact investors or mark submissions as sent.
4. For Gitit.si, prepare a portable research document for user inspection. If cross-app transfer is configured, the customer must approve the exact outgoing content; Gitit's customer must independently log in and approve the incoming document before creation. Otherwise offer manual Markdown/JSON export.
5. For Mailto.si, prepare a private follow-up draft/CSV/JSON with no invented contact addresses. If a receiver is configured, separate Mailto customer approval creates a handoff draft; **no email is sent by approval alone**, and native Mailto composer integration is not yet claimed. Manual CSV/JSON remains available.

## Preconditions and trust boundaries
- Verified wallet sessions are required for private records; a human customer authorizes sensitive content selection and each transfer.
- Never request or handle wallet seed phrases, private keys, x402 API secrets, or application HMAC keys.
- Do not treat an investor record's source-review label as verified investor membership or funding interest.
- AngelNetwork remains autonomous; agents must not assume a shared app account, shared permissions or cross-site wallet session.
- The customer must approve the outgoing exact bytes, and destination account holders must separately approve incoming contents; protect notes and personal data.
- Transfers are application data handoffs, **not** PMN model-context handoffs. They do not automatically publish to IPFS, establish independent consensus, or earn WOTA.
- Optional Pinata/IPFS provenance publishes only independently owner-approved hash-only manifests. Private original documents and model context stay off public IPFS.
- Checkout may settle with a currently supported stablecoin; UI terminology does not imply all stablecoins are accepted.

## API boundary
This skill describes customer-visible product behavior, **not an agent-executable API credential or permission grant**. Do not assume backend REST writes are open or authenticated for third-party agents. Use the visible approved interface or a separately documented/authorized integration. Fail closed if a step is unavailable.

## Safe responses
Summarize the investor's recorded mandate, distinguish sourced data from agent inference, cite the organization's official website when known, highlight unknowns, compare to the founder's company and request confirmation before a paid search, outgoing transfer, or external communication.
